Hello, my name is Attic Rahman. For a living, it is a privilege to work as a Solicitor. I practice in property development and finance with almost two decades of post qualified experience. My practice is predominantly concentrated on the acquisition of land for residential and commercial development. I work with some of the smartest people in the business – clients, estate agents and of course multi-talented solicitors.

My Clients include national and international companies, high net worth individuals, investors, affordable housing providers and small businesses. I believe in an ethos of forging long term relationships, where trust and integrity are at the forefront of business. I don’t have a business card.

I have been a member of the Conservative party since 2009, inspired by the former Prime Minister, David Cameron’s ‘Big Society’. I have stood for public office in local and national elections (Parliamentary candidate for Tottenham in the 2024 General Election). I am also a member of the excellent Society of Conservative Lawyers.

Why the Conservative Party? I believe in personal freedoms and personal responsibility; family; small government and a hand up, not a handout. If you are prepared to put in the hard work, you can achieve your goals irrespective of where you come from or the colour of your skin. It is this ambition, drive and vision David Cameron talked about that I led me to the Conservative Party. 11 years on and I am still here. As one President once said – “the best is yet to come”.
